At S4C we focus our training efforts on eliminating the root causes of homelessness starting first with mentality maintenance. We don’t want anyone to ever experience housing instability or to revisit a shelter a second time. This is why we offer an individualized service plan with ongoing case management, budgeting, and empowerment to work hand and hand with our clients toward a path of success.

HOUSING NAVIGATION
We work hands on with our clients every step of the Housing Continuum process to remove any barriers blocking access to securing affordable housing.

TENANT EDUCATION
We offer courses centered around independent living skills, financial literacy, and EVICTION PREVENTION with a chief aim at maintaining stable housing with pathway to homeownership.

HOUSING SEARCH ASSISTANCE
At S4C We have a 100% placement rate in successfully housing our clients. Through a holistic house searching process, we provide step-by-step support to ensure our clients are housed in quality units that meet their requirements and individual needs.

LANDLORD ENGAGMENT
S4C is intentional about creating win-win partnerships. We can act as a quality referral source for new applicants who have been trained in tenant education. We can also reduce advertising cost and provide tenancy support with ongoing case management throughout the duration of the lease.
