pROBLEM the

In three  years two out of three people are rearrested and more than 50% have had contact with the system again. We believe there are three main contributing factors that increase system involvement.

HOMELESSNESS

In a 36 month span two out of three people reoffend and more than 50% have contact with the system. We believe there are three contributing factors to this problem.

UNEMPLOYMENT

Almost two thirds of homeless adults are unemployed. S4C provides employment navigation as part of our service package.

POVERTY

We believe poverty is a mindset and not a dollar amount this is why we provide economic empowerment, discipline, goal setting, and budgeting as apart of our tenant education and reintegration programs.
